    I review the site, hosting, plugins, backups and security so we start from a known baseline.

    Monthly report

    Each month you get a short report: what was updated, backed up, checked and fixed.

    Request work by email or form

    Send requests by email or through the contact form. Included hands-on time is used first.

    Cancel anytime

    No long contract. Plans run month to month.

Care plan FAQ

What counts as hands-on time?

Requested changes, fixes, troubleshooting, testing and implementation. Essentials includes 1 hour of hands-on work each month, Growth includes 3 hours and Priority includes 5 hours.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Included hours expire at the end of each month and don't roll over, which keeps capacity and response times predictable.

How fast will you respond?

Essentials requests receive a response within 24 hours. Growth and Priority requests receive a response within 12 hours.

What isn't included?

Redesigns and large new builds are quoted separately. Work beyond the included hours is estimated and approved before it begins.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.

Do care plans work for Shopify stores?
