Questions, answered.
Clear answers about improvements, monthly support, safe changes, response times, platforms, pricing, and who completes the work.
Do I need a completely new website?
Not necessarily. Many websites need focused improvements rather than a full rebuild. We review the current site, identify the highest-impact problems, and recommend the smallest sensible scope.
What kinds of website improvements do you handle?
Performance, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, outdated layouts, forms, calls-to-action, ecommerce flow, content changes, plugin or app conflicts, integrations, hosting issues, and technical cleanup.
What platforms do you support?
WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify are the main platforms. We also take on selected BigCommerce, custom, server, API, and migration work when it fits the project.
How do you make changes safely?
WordPress changes are tested on staging. Shopify changes are made on a duplicate theme and previewed before publication. Important flows are checked before anything reaches the live website.
How quickly do you respond?
Normal requests receive a response by the next business day. Urgent outages are triaged as quickly as possible. Any emergency work beyond a monthly plan is discussed before extra charges are incurred.
What is included in monthly support?
The plan determines the included time and response level. Depending on the plan, support can cover monitoring, backups, updates, fixes, content changes, technical requests, planning, performance, and conversion improvements.
Does unused support time roll over?
No. Monthly time does not roll over. This keeps capacity and response times predictable and encourages a steady improvement rhythm rather than a growing bank of emergency work.
Can I start with one project and add support later?
Yes. Many clients begin with a website review, focused fix, or improvement sprint and move to a monthly plan once the immediate problem is resolved.
Who will I work with?
You work directly with Artur Bobinski, who has more than 22 years of hands-on web development experience. There is no sales handoff or rotating developer queue.
Where is Kenton Web Design based?
